CALUMET CENTER FOR
HEALING AND ATTACHMENT
Residential Program
The residential program at CCHA offers a 3 – 12-month safe living environment, individualized treatment plans, and community collaboration. We offer three phases of treatment: Resilience, Transformation, and Empowerment. The residential program serves women and their families in the West Georgia area who have experienced trauma in their lifetime. Women with a history of substance abuse must demonstrate they are in active recovery by being at least 6-months sober. CCHA is unable to admit women with severe mental illnesses that would prohibit them from being successful in the program and living independently after program completion. CCHA provides a safe living environment to our clients through the use of an alarm/surveillance system, confidential location, visitation restrictions, and a trained staff member on site 24-hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. Clients enrolled in the residential program may also receive any of the following services, including transition to Outreach.
